What condition are your vintage items in?
All items are pre‑loved, with the exception of certain items which are new but you will find that in the description of each product. We carefully inspect each piece and describe any noticeable wear in the product description. Please read photos and descriptions closely before purchasing.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our pieces are one‑of‑a‑kind vintage, we do not accept change‑of‑mind returns. If there’s an issue with your order (e.g., item not as described), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How do you handle sizing for vintage clothing?
Sizing is mentioned in the description for each item. If you need any extra sizing details, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?
No, only locally, throughout South Africa. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Because payments are made via EFT, we first need to receive and confirm your payment before shipping your order. EFT payments can take 1–2 working days to reflect, depending on your bank. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1-2 working days, and then delivered according to the shipping option you selected at checkout.

Can I reserve or hold an item?
Because items are one‑of‑a‑kind, we can’t guarantee holds. The item is only secured once checkout is completed.

Are your items cleaned before shipping?
Yes, we clean and inspect each item before sending it out. Delicate pieces may receive special care to preserve their condition.
